Lessons involve instructions, practise then a question and answer session over a cup of tea. Suitable for beginners and
upwards. Two styles of meditation will be taught first concentration exercises in order to calm the mind and secondly a technique called insight meditation that can bring insight into life.
Please bring your own cushions for the evening and wear comfortable clothing. £5 for the evening or £3 concessions.
